Choosing your hype reel music
Your hype reel is cut to a track you pick. Two ways to do it.
Licensed track (default). Browse Epidemic Sound, find something you like, and paste the track link below. We cut to it and deliver your reel with the music already in it, ready to post anywhere.
Instagram audio. Prefer a track from Instagram's own audio library? Name the song and artist and tell us roughly where playback should start. We deliver the reel with the room audio from the day left in, and you add the Instagram track over the top when you post. We will send a short walkthrough on how to do it.
Leave it blank and we will pick something that suits your lifting. We cannot cut to commercial releases (Spotify and Apple Music chart tracks) as they are not licensed for us to deliver inside an edit.
Deliverables are sent to your checkout email after the meet.
How do I get my photos and video?
Everything is delivered digitally to the email you check out with. Nothing ships and there is nothing to collect on the day.
When will they land?
Usually within three to four weeks of the meet. You will get an email the moment your gallery is ready to download.
What if I do not compete or bomb out?
While refunds are available up until the day before an athlete competes, if an athlete does not compete on the day of the event or does not make a total, no credit or refund will be issued, as we have already allocated resources for that lifter.
