Shipping policy

Clean Strength Media is a digital service - nothing physical ships and there is nothing to collect at the venue.

All photos, video and hype reels are delivered digitally to the email address you use at checkout. You will get an email with download links the moment your gallery is ready.

Delivery is typically completed within three to four weeks of the last day of the meet. If you have not heard from us within that window, or your download links are not working, email brae@cleanstrengthmedia.com and we will sort it out.
