Refund policy

Clean Strength Media sells digital meet-day media (photos and video). Nothing ships and there is nothing to collect on the day.

Refunds are available up until the day before an athlete competes - email brae@cleanstrengthmedia.com before meet day and we will cancel and refund your order in full.

If an athlete does not compete on the day of the event or does not make a total, no credit or refund will be issued, as we have already allocated resources for that lifter.

Because our products are digital files, orders are non-refundable once your media has been delivered to your checkout email.

If something is wrong with your files (missing lifts, corrupted downloads, wrong athlete), contact us at brae@cleanstrengthmedia.com and we will make it right.
