How do I get my photos and video?
Everything is delivered digitally to the email you check out with. Nothing ships and there is nothing to collect on the day.
When will they land?
Usually within three to four weeks of the meet. You will get an email the moment your gallery is ready to download.
What if I do not compete or bomb out?
While refunds are available up until the day before an athlete competes, if an athlete does not compete on the day of the event or does not make a total, no credit or refund will be issued, as we have already allocated resources for that lifter.
