Refund Policy

Clean Strength Media provides digital media (photos and video). You only pay if we shoot you.

If you don't compete

If you withdraw, no-show or bomb out before we capture you, email us and we'll move your order to your next meet or refund it in full.

After delivery

Because our products are digital and made to order, completed media is non-refundable once the download link has been sent. If there's a problem with your delivery — wrong athlete, missing lifts, corrupt files — contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right.
