Ordering & packages

How do I order? Find your meet on the store, enter the name of the athlete you want covered (as registered, plus their Instagram if you would like a tag), tick the media you want, and check out. If a discounted combo would save you money, the page will flag it before you pay.

What is in each package? The Photo Package is 15+ hi-res, fully edited photos of your squat, bench and deadlift attempts — ready to post and print (3:4). The Dynamic Video is moving, handheld footage of all nine attempts, colour-graded and cut lift by lift. The Hype Reel is a 30–60 second edit of your day cut to music of your choice, sized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts (9:16). The Coaching Package is for coaches: 15+ hi-res photos of you coaching your athletes on the platform.

Can I buy more than one? Yes — tick as many as you like. Where we offer a combo (for example the Total Athlete Package), it is priced below buying the parts separately, and the page will nudge you if you are one step away from the better deal.

Delivery & turnaround

How is my media delivered? Everything is digital. It is sent to the email address you check out with — nothing ships, and there is nothing to collect at the venue.

When will I get it? Typically within three to four weeks of the meet. You will get an email the moment your gallery is ready to download.

What format are the files? Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, ready to post and print. Videos are delivered as MP4s, including vertical cuts for social.

After the meet

I forgot to order — can I still buy? Often, yes. If we covered your meet, look for it under Past Meets and order there while the footage is still available.

What if I did not compete or bombed out? While refunds are available up until the day before an athlete competes, if an athlete does not compete on the day of the event or does not make a total, no credit or refund will be issued, as we have already allocated resources for that lifter.

You have the wrong athlete name on my order. Reply to your confirmation email with the correct registered name and we will match you in the footage.
